NASCAR Heat 4 is the fourth (after the reboot released in 2016) installment of the series of racing games dedicated to the NASCAR series. As was the case with previous productions under this banner, the title was developed by the Monster Games studio, which included the popular NASCAR Heat, NASCAR Heat 2002 and NASCAR: Dirt to Daytona games, among others.
Gameplay
In NASCAR Heat 4, we sit behind the wheels of licensed cars and fight for victory in the NASCAR Xfinity, NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck and Monster Energy NASCAR Cup series; in addition, we can try our hand at the Xtreme Dirt Tour mode, where we race on gravel routes. 38 authentic tracks and over 150 teams that participated in the 2019 season were added to the game.
The title allows you to adjust the driving model to individual skills - experienced drivers can opt for a simulation variant, while novices will appreciate the presence of an arcade variant. This is important because the authors have introduced a number of improvements that increase realism, the most important of which is the possibility of selecting tires according to the type of ground; sometimes our chances of winning may also be increased by the appropriate use of wind tunnels (we are talking about the so-called drafting).
