Star Wars: Squadrons features gameplay that the players of cult classic X-Wing series will recognize immediately. Star Wars: Squadrons takes place after the events of Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi. The Rebel Alliance won the Battle of Endor, in which the second Death Star was destroyed. The Empire is in retreat, but has not yet been fully defeated.
Star Wars: Squadrons tells the story from the perspective of two pilots - from the Vanguards squadron under the colors of the New Republic and a member of the Imperial Titans squadron. The campaign alternately allows us to direct these characters and thus allows us to get to know both sides of the conflict.
