Gameplay
Unlike the PC Pro Cycling Manager 2017 , the Tour de France 2017 is not a cycling manager, although the two games share some common features. Players take on the role of a player of one of the 22 official teams and manage his career. During the competition, we have to remember about many things. The basic thing is to distribute the forces over the entire ride. This means that we have to attack our opponents at key moments, stay close to our teammates, e.g. during parts of the route with stronger winds, and even give them orders. Completing subsequent races can be done in several ways. For example, you can drive the whole thing while still controlling your competitor. However, you can speed up the game speed and even take part in the struggle only during the most important fragments or completely skip a given stage, relying on computer AI. Among other elements worth changing, it is worth mentioning the improved artificial intelligence, which is a greater challenge than in the previous installment of the cycle and can create long-term strategies that use the potential of the entire team . We also have improved physics. It is obvious that developers have mapped authentic routes - from the one in Düsseldorf, through Belgium, Luxembourg, Marseille, to Paris.
