The A4 Ultra Natural Fretless bass returns in an improved version that is faithful to the build quality of the Godin family instruments. It has a chambered basswood body, a solid spruce top, a hard maple neck and a fretless Richlite fingerboard for a clear and precise sound on all the notes. An integrated ramp on the table will also allow you to find the most comfortable playing position. What makes this instrument special is its dual sound capture system thanks to the preamp specially designed for Godin and manufactured by LR Baggs. You have the choice between the magnetic Lace Sensor pickup in the bridge position for a modern and dynamic sound, or the individual LR Baggs pickups for a more authentic sound and close to that of a double bass.
