This Care Ibuprofen Gel is suitable for use every four hours, with no more than four doses in 24 hours. Ibuprofen gel is only suitable for use by adults and children over the age of 14. Ibuprofen gel is a popular choice for athletic recovery. It can help to reduce joint inflammation and pain from high-impact activities. It is also suitable for managing pain from sprains or strains. This gel is also a suitable treatment for occasional backache, providing targeted relief without the need for oral medication. Usage Before using this product, wash your hands thoroughly. Hold the tube of Viscotears eye drops vertically, with the dropper pointing downwards. Tilt your head backwards and use one hand to gently pull down the lower eyelid of the eye you wish to treat. Squeeze the tube of drops gently to insert one drop into your eye. Blink a few times to disperse the drops all over the eye and then wipe away any excess drops away from around the eyes. Repeat in the other eye if necessary. Directions  For adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Make sure the skin is dry before applying the QuickStrip, and avoid contact with hair, clothing and fabrics (otherwise the strip will not stick very well). Open the resealable sachet by carefully cutting or tearing it where indicated at the top. Remove one 4head QuickStrip, then fold the top of the sachet twice to reseal it (and prevent the remaining strip from drying out). Remove and discard the transparent film from the back of the strip. Apply strip and use for as long as needed. For best results, use each strip only once. Warnings Use only as directed. Keep the strip away from the eyes, nostrils and mouth. Do not apply to areas of broken or irritated skin. Do not use in cases of allergy (hypersensitivity) to the strip.
