Jens Molzen, uddannet pædagog og afspændingspædagog. Han har arbejdet som børnehaveklasseleder de seneste 13 år. Han har udviklet en metode, der på en sjov måde lærer børn sammenhængen mellem bogstavernes grafemer og fonemer. Dette materiale blevet lavet til alle børnehaveklasser i Hillerød Kommune.
