Advancis P-Zero Spray, 100ml + FREE Comb
Advancis® P-Zero® Spray + Comb is a system composed of two products a medical device, Advancis® P-Zero® Spray, and an accessory, Comb, designed to eliminate lice and nits.
Advancis® P-Zero® Spray contains conditioning ingredients that make combing hair easier and preserve scalp hydration. The Comb is especially effective in removing lice and nits, even in curly and voluminous hair. As it does not contain insecticides, this treatment does not favor the development of resistance.
The Dimethicone works through a physical mechanism, not a chemical one.
