White oil and fuel absorbent sock ideal for use as a barrier to encircle a spill or placed around the base of drums and machinery to absorb any nuisance leaks or drips. Suitable for absorbing petroleum based liquids and for the selective recovery of oil from water. Its hydrophobic properties enable the sock to float on water even when fully saturated. Ideally suited for external use. Spun-bond outer surface cover. The absorbent core is secured into the sock at each end with a stitched seam. Dimensions length x diameter 1000 x 75mm, absorbency capacity of sock 3.75 litres, bag of 50 socks.
