Harkness Rose Spark of Life
A recently introduced rose we are excited about - and you should be too! Impressive flowering might, pretty pink petals, and an alluring summertime aroma, this is the new Floribunda-blooming bush rose for your collection.'Spark of Life' roses coat a plant of big, dark green leaves, which boast a good resistance to disease. The flowers erupt from mid-June to November in shell-pink, almost dusky clusters, releasing an excellent encapsulating fragrance, which harks back to rose perfumes from yester-year.Plenty of petals make up each flower, opening gracefully with time to reveal pollen and nectar, which are delicious and valuable to bees. Witness a colour-changing journey as shoots and leaves are dark red when young, as they emerge after winter dormancy, evolving to a rich and lavish green, refreshing your pot, bed, or border display. We are proud of to donate £2.50 from every sale of this rose to The Royal Humane Society (registered charity no. 231469). This rose was named to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the charity, which recognises and awards medals for bravery to those who go above and beyond the normal levels of caring for others in times of need, often in life-saving scenarios.Supplied freshly in a 3L pot, ready to be planted out. Please note at certain times of the year this variety may be supplied in a 4L pot.We always endeavour to provide beautifully formed plants; however, our roses will naturally start to lose their leaves from October to prepare for the colder months. Do not worry though, as they will flourish once again with leaves and buds in the spring. Please, make sure you consider the season when purchasing our remarkable roses for yourself or loved ones.
