Dream Alone is a 2D platforming game with classic platform gameplay, deadly traps, a dark storyline and unique hero abilities. A mysterious sickness strikes a quiet village. One by one the townspeople fall into a coma, entire families falling prey to a death-like state. When the hero’s family becomes affected by the disease, he starts a precarious journey to find the mythical sorceress, Lady Death, who is supposed to have powers that can stop or perhaps even reverse the disease. The hero travels through many levels and include a forest, a cemetery, a battlefield, a ghost town, etc. Nearly all levels have their own alternative reality versions; slightly different versions that hold a few more objects or traps in different locations. As the story develops, the player uncovers more about the main hero’s past, his motivation and some very dark secrets. A mistake, a wrong jump or simply not being cautious enough means instant death. Precision jumps and quick running are not enough, however. Some traps need to be deactivated and some objects, like stones or crates, need to be moved into certain positions. Sometimes there’s no object to move or trigger unless the hero uses one of his special powers, which are rare in the game. The hero may jump into an alternative reality. In some cases the hero can even create a clone of himself! By using all of your abilities and finding your way through the different realities you may yet find lady death. Alder’s Blood is a turn-based strategy-tactical game with RPG elements in a dark atmosphere straight from the lovecraft horror. The independent studio Shockwork Games from Lublin is responsible for the production, for which it is a debut project. It was funded on the Kickstarter crowdfunding platform. Before the premiere of the full version, the developers released a free prologue, thanks to which you can learn about the basic mechanics of the game. Alder's Blood, which is inspired by the works of H.P. Lovecraft combines dark fantasy with a Victorian western. The action of the game takes place in a forgotten world, plunged into chaos after the death of God and gradually absorbed by ever more numerous forces of darkness. After murdering Him, a malevolent essence emerged from which monstrous creatures devouring people were born. That's when the hunters step in to save humanity from bloodthirsty creatures. The gameplay in Alder's Blood is based on two pillars: managing a camp and a clan of hunters, and traveling around the map and hunting. In the first part, we have the character's equipment, we take care of resources, deal with crafting and trade, while in the second part - we explore the game world in search of the forces of darkness, trying to eliminate them. Without proper resource management and character toughness, the chances of survival decrease. The hunt takes place in a team and is very demanding, but it is the main source of experience points. Prepare for each turn-based matchup; in Alder's Blood, it's very easy to die without a tactical approach. The key is sneaking and paying attention to the breeze or traps set by the enemy. In order to improve your chances of success, you also need to use the skills, spells, and weapons of the hunters appropriate to the situation. During the adventure, in addition to the over 10-hour storyline, there are numerous side tasks waiting for players, which will last for up to 40 hours of gameplay.

Warlocks 2: God Slayers is a continuation of Warlocks vs Shadows, released in 2015 . The production was created by the independent Polish studio Frozen District, also responsible for the first part of the series, and released on the PC platform, Switch, etc. Story In Warlocks 2: God Slayers we take part in a completely new story. This time we have to face the gods themselves, who obviously didn't like our killing monsters. Therefore, the Order of Sorcerers has to face them, dealing with many weaker, but still dangerous monsters. Gameplay The described production is a two-dimensional action RPG game belonging to the hack'n'slash genre . Compared to the first part, the gameplay mechanisms have been expanded and the arcade combat now provides more possibilities . First of all, there is a division into character classes (a total of five heroes to choose from) and the development system - during the game we gain new skills that are unlocked in a simple tree. Interestingly, you can add additional elements to them, thanks to which the spells gain more power. However, improvements to the combat system are not enough. In the first one, the levels were relatively small and did not give much opportunities to fans of exploration. The Warlocks 2: God Slayers improved this item, providing more extensive maps . In addition, each of the three worlds we find is more diverse and inhabited by differently behaving creatures.
