Initially Beer was brewed, but in the 1960's a move into spirits occured. Filliers Premium Grain Vodka 50cl

Filliers Premium Grain Vodka Distilling for over five generations, the Filliers distillery was initially only a side venture to their farming venture. It's this history, dating from 1880 that ensures Filliers create delicious and well loved drinks. They do as much on-site as they can. They pump their own spring water, gind the grain, create their own fruit and herb distillates, ferment, distill and age. In 2006 Filliers acquired a local brand called 'Van Hoorebeke'. At that this, this was the oldest spirit brand in Belgium and dated back to 1792. They were the creators of the first Belgian Vodka. Combining their experience and the legacy of their acquisition, Filliers Master Distillers created a new triple distilled grain Vodka, which is distilled in Deinze, Belgium.  This is a vodka which has a pure nose with delicate hints of grain and herbs. On the pallet these come through too with wheat and coriander being joined by rye. It has a lingering aftertaste which is soft and smooth. Mozart White Chocolate Liqueur For over 60 years, the Mozart Distillerie has been producing quality drinks in Salzburg, Austria. They utilise the best ingredients they can source. All the liqueurs use cocoa (from West Africa), Sugar Beet (from which they create a base spirit, and also to add sweetness), and Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. They then add a slightly different blend of ingredients. For their white chocolate vanilla cream, the vanilla plays a key role, joined by rich cocoa butter. The result is a liqueur with a light almost milky sensation in the mouth. The vanilla joins with caramel flavours, and the rich cocoa butter gives a delicious silkiness to the drink - all joined by delicious white chocolate.  More from Mozart Perfect Serve Delicious served on its own, at room temperature or over ice.
