Greenall's London Dry Gin Holding the distinction of being the first high quality gin created in England, Greenall's London Dry gin has been in production since 1796. For the last 250 years, seven generations of master distillers have passed the recipe down, and it still remains unchanged to this day. Gold award winning, eight select botanicals are used to create this gin. These include the juniper berry, coriander and angelica root.  Greenall's say that "A good G&T may not be everything but it’s not a bad start", and we have to agree! This is a smooth gin, with a delicious underlying hint of spice, which isnt at all overpowering. The delicate bitterness of a classic london dry gin is also present, balanced with a subtle sweetness.  Read more about Greenall's Perfect Serve As a classic gin, this works with most mixers. Chose a neutral one, such as Fever-Tree Indian Tonic, for a classic gin & tonic, or maybe with Fever-Tree Elderflower tonic for a slightly sweeter, floral mix. Take a large glass filled with ice, and add 50ml of the gin. Pour in 150 - 200ml of your chosen tonic and stir gently. The garnish will depend on your tonic, for a neutral one - try a slice of lime.

6 O'Clock Mango, Ginger & Lime Gin A limited edition, made in conjunction with a celebrity chef (Romy Gill MBE) Romy’s Edition is a deliciously moreish gin packed with flavour. They have crafted a gin that portrays the unique flavours of India, using the herbs and spices which are commonly found in Indian cooking. Further to this, they have taken juice from the native Indian mango  and infused the gin with the juice. The recipe is inspired by the memoirs of Romy and strikes the perfect balance between rich fruity sweetness and reserved spice. The taste of this is really something quite different, and very special. The natural sugars of the mango add a honey-like sweetness to the gin, perfectly accompanying the restrained spice from the ginger, cardamom and cumin. Citrus from the Juniper, lime & lemon peel play a crucial role in keeping the pallet refreshed whilst the coriander gives the gin a pleasing savoury finish. Isle of Raasay Single Malt Whisky (Batch II) 70cl

Isle of Raasay Single Malt Whisky (Batch II) To create their second release Single Malt whisky, the Raasay Distillery take two Isle of Raasay spirits – one peated and one unpeated. They then mature each of these seperately in three different casks – first fill Rye whiskey, fresh Chinkapin oak and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks. These six recipe casks are then married together to create the perfect dram with a real elegance, complexity and depth of character. As the name would suggest, every drop of spirit is distilled, matured and bottled on the Isle of Raasay using water from their well: "Tobar na Ba Bàine" (the Well of the Pale Cow). This second release was distilled between 22/11/17 and 27/2/18. Vattting was 23/7/21 to 16/8/21 and then bottling started 17/8/21. The flavours of this whisky truly represent the signature Isle of Raasay style: lightly peated with rich dark fruit.
