Eristoff Vodka 70cl

Mintis Clementine Gin 70cl

Mintis Clementine Gin 70cl

Mintis Clementine Gin "Slow down, relax and let the better part of your day beGin!" - Mintis Gin Mintis believes that life is too short for an ordinary gin, so they set out with the desire to create something extraordinary. Pancalieri mint (recoginised the world over as being one of the world's best) grows local to the distillery. Along with hand-picked Italian Juniper, these are the core botanicals in the range of Mintis Gins - from which they also gets their name. The distillery itself (Torino Distillati) is located in Moncalieri in Italy, and is run by Carlo Vergnano, his wife Piera, and daughter Rita. A true family operation. Their master distiller, Denis Muni, has over 20 years experience in creating reknowned drinks. To ensure the aromatic and fresh flavours found in their gins are preserved, they utilise a vacuum stil. This uses a lower temperature to extract the essential oils. The unique flavours of juicy Italian Clementines, hand-picked Italian juniper, a hint of Pancalieri mint, and other select local botanicals combine to create the Clementine Gin This is truly a fruity sensation. Aromas of ripe Clementine greet you, along with minty freshness and a touch of juniper. Read more about Mintis Perfect Serve This adds a deliciously fruity citrus edge to a gin & tonic, and our go-to tonic for Mintis is The Artisan Drinks Co's London Tonic. For a delicious twist to a classic cocktail, try a Clementine Negroni. Mix together 30ml of gin, 30ml of Campari, and 30ml of Cinzano Rosso and serve in a rocks glass with large ice cubes. Garnish with a clementine wedge and a sprig of fresh mint.

G'Vine June Wild Peach & Summer Fruits Gin 70cl

G'Vine June Wild Peach & Summer Fruits Gin 70cl

G'Vine June Wild Peach & Summer Fruits Gin With their June range of Gin's, the producers (Maison Villevert in France) have utilised their stunning G'Vine gin as a base and added distinct, fruity flavours. The result is delicate and elegant - slightly sweet and packed full of fruit flavour. The flavours behind this gin start with the base of G'Vine gin. This gin sets itself apart from the crowd using a base of alcohol which is distilled from Ugni Blanc grapes in the Cognac region of France. This, along with select other botanicals, and even grape flowers go to produce what can only be described as a quintessential French gin! Taking the G'Vine gin, they then infuse it with ripe wild peaches and other summer fruits. This gives the June gin a lighter feel to the original G'vine - whilst retaining its refreshing and floral base. The overall result is delicate and fruity. Notes of lemon, raspberry and juniper come through which are joined by apple. Behind all of these flavours, lasting from the first sip to the end is a sweet wild peach background flavour. More from G'Vine Perfect Serve This works perfectly mixed with either Soda Water (giving a lighter, sweeter flavour), or with a tonic to add a little bitterness from the quinine which helps balance the sweetness. Fever-Tree Soda or their Refreshingly Light Tonic work particularly well. Take a large glass filled with ice and add 50ml of the gin. Gently pour over 200ml of your chosen mixer and stir well. Garnish with some summer berries and a thin slice of peach.

Old Sport Dry Gin 70cl

Old Sport Dry Gin 70cl

Old Sport Dry Gin Whilst not necessarily known for their gin's. Greece has a rich history in distilling. Old Sport Gin is made at the Callicounis Distillery, which was established in 1850. The name itself is inspired by a quote from The Great Gatsby novel: "Want to go with me, old sport? Just near the shore along the Sound." The term 'Old Sport' is a term of endearment which (among the upper classes) is used to define a refined gentlemen. It is this character who is then portrayed on the bottle. The botanicals they use are wild Juniper Berries, Angelica Root, Rosemary, Cardamom Seeds, Cinnamon Bark, Nutmeg, Orris Root, Licorice Root, Lemon Peel, Bitter Orange Peel, Coriander Seeds and Mastiha (a classic Greek botanical also used in cooking - which comes from the Mastic trees on Chios). It's creation uses a triple distillation method which ensures a smoothness to the gin. During the first distillation five botanicals are added, at the second a further three, and in the last the Mastiha. The gin itself is handcrated, adventurous yet gentle on the palate. It has a smooth, velvety texture and a gentle taste. Each of the botanicals used plays a part - but none overpower the palate. This is an easy to drink, classic gin - with a contemporary modern Greek twist. Perfect Serve This works perfectly when paired with the Greek Three Cents tonics, and we like it with both their Aegean Tonic, and the classic tonic water. Take a large glass filled with ice and add 50ml of the gin. Gently pour over 150 - 200ml of your chosen tonic and stir gently. Garnish with some juniper berries and a slice of orange.

Poseidon Dry Gin (Mini) 5cl

Poseidon Dry Gin (Mini) 5cl

Poseidon Dry Gin Much like the sea, Poseidon Gin is bold, complex and multi-layered. Starting with fresh citrus, a velvety heart and a spicy finish, this gin uses distinctive seaweed to uncover a crisp but subtle hint of the sea. The combination of knowledge and effort are what go into creating Poseidon. Over 40 different botanicals and numerous variations, the right combination of was found. They essence of maritime passion was captured, a harmonious balance was struck and Poseidon Gin set foot into the world. There are 12 botanicals from around the world: wakame seaweed, rosemary, cardamom, elderflower, rosehip, liquorice, ginger, grains of paradise, cubeb berries, lemon peel, coriander seeds and of course, juniper berries. The name hints at what is to be experienced upon opening the bottle. It starts off with ocean freshness, which is then followed by intense juniper and warm spices. The aroma offers a harmonious get-together of the sea and the earth. Upon tasting, the power of the ocean really takes over. The juniper makes way for the Wakame (seaweed) to give a warm taste of the sea, accompanied by a surprising slightly sweet hint at the end. All of this is balanced by a long velvet mouthfeel that covers the tongue in a silky smoothness. The journey finishes warm and with lingering spices. A pleasant but subtle touch of pepper gives Poseidon that little bit of extra power. Read more about Poseidon Perfect Serve Serve with plenty of ice, Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of lemon. Or for an added citrus edge, use Fentimans Valencian Orange Tonic, which gives a slight zestiness to the G&T For a Maritime Martini, mix equal parts Poseidon Gin and Martini Vermouth Extra Dry and garnish with olives.

Lonewolf Bramble and Raspberry Gin 70cl

Lonewolf Bramble and Raspberry Gin 70cl

Lonewolf Bramble and Raspberry Gin Whilst they may be better known for their world class beer, Brewdog have also had great success since launching their range of spirits. With their gins they felt the majority of gins had become mainstream. In their words: "Dainty botanicals and floral nonsense are the norm, and they’re masking all kinds of sins." They start by creating their own Abstrakt Vodka which is used as the base spirit for their gins. They do this to ensure the quality of the spirit from start to finish. They then go big and bold with their flavours (using up to 5 times the amount of juniper typical in craft gins) crafting their gin in the world’s first triple bubble copper-pot still. This is done at their distillery in Aberdeenshire (in North Scotland).  Good to know: Every bottle of gin created is carbon neutral Their gins are created with big, bold flavours using their bespoke copper pot stills. Like the wolf from which they took inspiration with their gins, each is wildly different. Made in Scotland, they use a unique blend of botanicals to create some something uniquely different in each bottle.  In their Bramble and Raspberry gin, Lonewolf have created a gin which is positively bursting with notes of freshly harvested berries. This is truly a feast for the taste buds, with ripe and juicy fruit flavours dancing over your tongue. Whilst their signature Tuscan Juniper remains strong, the rich jammy raspberries perfectly blend creating something unique. More from Brewdog Perfect Serve For a delicious Gin & Tonic take a large glass and fill with ice. Add 50ml of the gin and pour over 150 - 200ml of your chosen tonic (we like Franklin & Sons Light Tonic for this). Stir gently and garnish with a wedge of lime and some raspberries (fresh or dried).

Blind Tiger Piper Cubeba Gin (Mini) 5cl

Blind Tiger Piper Cubeba Gin (Mini) 5cl

Blind Tiger Piper Cubeba Gin Whilst it gives a striking look to the bottle, there is a reason behind the name of Blind Tiger. Another name for a speakeasy, A blind tiger was a hidden bar which served alcohol during the period of prohibition. The door of the place would have the picture of a blind tiger or a blind pig, so those in the know would know where to go! Blind Tiger's Piper Cubeba gin is made in small batches in a "concealed" distillery in the west of Belgium, they macerate and distill the botanicals together before adding double distilled cubeb pepper. Daring and invigorating, this gin has a unique blend of botanicals, which give it a distinct spicy profile from the cubeb pepper, which is joined with hints of citrus from orange. Unusually, they use malted barley in their distillation along with the required juniper. These are joined with corriander seeds, bitter orange peel, orange blossom, ginger, green cardamom, lavender and licorice, angelica and orris root. Finally, a secret Belgian botanical is added. Definitely a spicy gin, with clear citrus notes. The end finish is spicy too, with the piper cubeb (pepper) coming through as well as a warmth from the malted barley and earthy notes from ginger liquorice and cardamom.   Read more about Blind Tiger Perfect Serve Whilst this is really delicious drunk on its own over ice, having it as a gin tonic brings out a slightly different character. The bubbles tone down the spicy notes a little, and the quinine helps draw out the citrus a little more. It works best with a neutral, and dry tonic such as Three Cents Dry Tonic. In a glass filled with ice, add 50ml of the gin to 150ml of the tonic. Garnish with a slice of orange, and some black peppercorns.
