Panzer Corps is A turn-based strategy game set during World War II which is the spiritual heir to the iconic Panzer General. Among the available playable nations we can find Poland, Italy, France, Norway, Belgium, the USA, the Soviet Union, Great Britain and Germany.
Gameplay
The action of the game takes place, similar to the original, during World War II. This time, however, the focus was not only on one nation. We can lead Poland, Italy, France, Norway, Belgium, the USA, the Soviet Union, Great Britain and Germany to victory, among others. There were also more "exotic" countries such as Greece, Albania and Romania. The single-player campaign consists of twenty-six scenarios, played over twenty-one maps. The prepared terrain faithfully reproduces the places of almost all the most important battles from the past. We also have several additional spots, prepared with alternative history scenarios in mind. The campaigns were divided into several time periods. We can enter the fight in September 1939, but nothing prevents us from starting the game in December 1941, after the attack on Pearl Harbor. Interestingly, depending on the outcome of key battles, the further fate of our virtual military conflict may take a completely different course.
