The Apollo Saturn Rotate™ Chair Bed is an advanced electrically powered profiling bed that transforms into a rotating chair, designed to significantly improve independence and mobility for users who are weight-bearing but struggle with unassisted transfers. By combining the full functionality of a profiling bed with the ability to rotate 90° and tilt forward, it allows users to move more easily between sitting and standing positions, reducing the need for carer assistance. With one-button operation for auto-contour and rotation, the bed provides seamless and intuitive use. The auto-regression function helps minimise pressure on the sacrum during profiling, enhancing comfort and reducing the risk of pressure injuries. It can be configured to rotate either to the left or right, offering flexibility to suit different room layouts. Supplied with a Very High Risk pressure-relieving mattress featuring a vapour-permeable, multi-stretch cover, the Saturn Rotate ensures excellent support and hygiene. Safety features include aluminium side rails, integrated handrails, and a mechanism that prevents tilting unless the bed is fully rotated.
