Apollo XP95 Beacon Base with Isolator - 45681-333APO

Apollo XP95 Beacon Base with Isolator - 45681-333APO

Apollo XP95 Beacon Base with Isolator - 45681-333APOThe Visual Indicator Base is a loop-powered visual indicator combined with a standard Intelligent Mounting Base. It is used to signal a fire alarm in enclosed areas. The visual indicator base can be used with either a detector fitted or with a cap as a stand-alone alarm device. The base is loop powered so needs no external power supply. It operates at 1728V DC and is polarity-sensitive.Device AddressingThe Base responds to its own individual address set with a DIL switch. It also responds to a group address set by means of a 4-segment DIL switch and to a synchronisation address which is embedded in the unit. Addresses 1 to 111 are used exclusively for individual addresses addresses 112 to 126 are used for group addressing while the synchronisation address to which all units respond is 0. Any Beacon Base on a loop may be freely assigned to a group. The address for any group must be chosen from the range 112126.Addresses 112126 may be used as individual addresses but only if the 4-segment DIL switch is not used ie group addressing is disabled. If the 4-segment DIL switch were set to any number other than the default 127 a pre-set analogue value of 4 would be transmitted to indicate a fault. The Base is normally polled by its individual address. It responds as described below. It is recommended that the synchronisation address 0 be sent by the control panel at regular intervals to align the internal clock of all sounders. The result is that the beacons are synchronised with each other when activated.Key FeaturesVisual indicator flash rate of once per secondSynchronisation of visual indicator flashIndividual and group addressingUnique visual indicator self-testLoop-poweredBuilt-in Isolator

Apollo Discovery Marine Weatherproof Manual Call Point 58200-976MAR

Apollo Discovery Marine Weatherproof Manual Call Point 58200-976MAR

Apollo Discovery Marine Weatherproof Manual Call Point 58200-976MARThe Discovery Marine Manual Call Points has been designed for use in marine and offshore environments and are available in two versions for indoor and outdoor applications. Both versions are available with and without short circuit isolators. An alarm is initiated by pressing the resettable element. The Manual Call Point signals to the Control and Indicating Equipment using an interrupt feature within the Apollo Digital Protocol. An alarm status is indicated by a yellow and black bar in the lower section of the resettable element and a red LED. The Manual Call Point can be easily reset from the front using the supplied reset key.Discovery Marine analogue addressable fire detectors are suitable for larger vessels. The high specification range has been developed to meet the requirements of sophisticated systems. Discovery gives you total reassurance in installations where it is necessary to adapt detection to different operating environments and where protection against unwanted alarms is paramount.OperationThe address of each call point is set at the commissioning stage by means of a seven-segment DIL switch. On the indoor versions the address switch is accessible without removing the call point from the mounting surface. A red alarm LED is provided on the call point. This LED is controlled independently of the call point by the control panel. This Manual Call Point helps reduce installation time as all the initial installation cabling is wired to a terminal block which fits neatly in the back of the call point. Once activated the Discovery Marine Manual Call Point can be reset by inserting the reset key into the front facing LED turning clock wise until a positive click and reset occurs.Key FeaturesApproved for use in the marine environmentFive response modes for environmental adaptationDaynight switching for increased flexibilityDrift compensation for false alarm reductionUser programmability for dataXPERT card addressing for increased security
