Kalettes were developed by a Brit'sh seed house following a 15 year breeding program which was entirely natural, using selective breeding and hybridisation only, with no genetic modification. Kalettes provide an exceptional wintry harvest season, when there is a shortage of fresh vegetables, that ranges from October to March. Both outdoor and indoor sowing possible. They can be steamed, used in stir fries, roasted, grilled - or even eaten raw. A healthy patch of leafy greens in your garden is both wonderful to look at and helps maintain a healthy lifestyle.
