Is it breathable? Yes - 3,000 gsm. Does it come with a bag? No, it folds into its own pocket. Open the jacket, and then push the right-hand pocket through, and then feed the jacket down into the pocket. You'll know you have done it right if you see the branding on the outside of the packet.
