Supporting a total of five industry leading protocols Apollo Hochiki ESP Nittan Morley-IAS and System Sensor allows fire detection devices to be independently selected based on performance or aesthetic appeal.The ZXSe range of intelligent fire alarm control panels has been designed to assist with the normal operation of a fire detection system. Standard weekly testing is available through a simple menu structure allowing selection of the zones to be tested either with or without activation of the output relays or sounders.Additionally the status of individual devices can be analysed to determine whether cleaning or replacement is required. As the installation grows the ZXSe panel can expand with the building or site by adding additional devices loop cards printers or repeater panels. The 2020R Heat Detector uses a state of the art heat element combined with an application specific integrated circuit ASIC to provide quick and accurate detection of fires.The detector incorporates both rate of rise and static elements and is suitable for all areas where the ambient conditions do not normally exhibit rapid changes in temperature. A hand held laser tool can also be used in conjunction with the Vision range of detectors for triggering the Vision detector. With a range of several metres the hand held unit provides an effortless way of remotely triggering the Vision detector.The 2020R Detector also has an integral LED which illuminates to provide a local alarm signal. This latches on and remains illuminated until the detector is reset by a momentary power interruption. An optional remote LED annunciator may be used to repeat any alarm signal. A variety of detector bases can be used with the 2020R Detector providing application flexibility and compatibility with a wide range of conventional fire alarm panels. It is designed to create an additional alignment range in cases where the detector and reflector cannot be mounted within 10 alignment of each other.The kit includes the hardware necessary to mount either a single transmitter receiver unit or a single reflector. To mount the transmitterreceiver the surface mount kit 6500-SMK is also required. If both the transmitterreceiver and the reflector require additional alignment range two kits will be needed. The kit is not compatible with the long-range reflector kit.
