WRC 5 is the fifth installment of a series of rally games , initiated by Black Bean Games in 2010 and then acquired by Bigben Interactive. The production in question uses the official license of the World Rally Championship (WRC) and allows you to take part in the struggles of the 2015 season, offering the same special stages, cars, teams, etc. as in reality. Unlike the previous four parts, which were produced by the Italian studio Milestone, the "five" for personal computers was entrusted to the French developer Kylotonn Games, who had little experience in the racing game genre so far. Gameplay The competition in WRC 5 takes place in three categories - WRC, WRC 2 and Junior WRC - and the player is awaited by authentic competitors, along with their pilots, teams and vehicles. Even Robert Kubica was among them.Rallies in the WRC 5 take place on 65 special stages, divided between 13 countries, including Sweden, Mexico, Finland, Wales, and also Poland. There are over a dozen cars available, for example Ford Fiesta RS, Subaru Impreza WRX, Citroen DS 3 RS and Peugeot 208 T16. The default form of fun in WRC 5 on PC, PSV, etc. is a career, in which the player takes on the role of a novice driver , climbing the rally career, starting from the Junior WRC category. In this mode, you need not only to overcome further routes, but also to repair and adapt the car to the upcoming challenges (advanced users can tinker with more than 20 parameters). The player should also choose his team members and take care of their morale. While developing the driving model, efforts were made to meet the expectations of both "Sunday drivers" and rally veterans . So, options were offered to manually adjust the level of realism in the behavior of cars in WRC 5 . Nevertheless, even with the most authentic settings, the game in question does not become an advanced simulation like the classic Richard Burns Rally .
