Pro Cycling Manager 2021 is the twenty-first installment of the popular cycle of cycling managers. The production was developed by the French studio Cyanki, which is responsible for the series in 2001, when its first part begins.
An extensive Career mode
In the career mode, we play the role of the sports director of a cycling team. We can lead both one of the existing teams and create our own team from scratch. While playing, we have various responsibilities on our minds. We recruit cyclists, employ staff to take care of them (including coaches, doctors and scouts looking for new talents) and prepare training plans for them, and above all - we provide them with the best equipment and the opportunity to start in all the most important races. As we need money for all of this, while playing, we have to pay a lot of attention to looking for sponsors, and also to take care of the finances of our team. Taking care of players' morale also plays an important role, as it is directly related to their performance.
Climb to the top in Pro Cyclist mode
In the Pro Cyclist mode, we create our own cyclist and join the selected team. By implementing our goals, we achieve successive victories and gradually build our position both in the team and in the entire cycling world. As we progress, we unlock new skills and become a better (and more expensive, because as a consequence competing teams wanting to have us in their ranks) player.
New objectives system
We have revised the objectives system to make it more realistic and to offer you more freedom. You can now set any number of objectives for all your riders (but too many objectives will certainly affect their fatigue). But you will have to constantly reconsider your choices during the season because unforeseen circumstances (fatigue, calendar changes, etc.) will affect the morale of your riders. We have also developed a new AI to manage riders' objectives and to improve allocation of leaders in the season's important races.
