High-flow aspiration / Liposuction pumps are available, featuring large fluid collection canisters and change over value. Variable flow rate from zero to 760mm Hg negative pressure with rapid full vacuum – negative suction pressure obtainable. All pumps feature emergency overflow protection and optional foot-switch control. High-Flow Aspiration pump for liposuction and Fat grafting procedures. We supply cannula and devices for fat harvesting, lipo-modeling and fat grafting. We also supply a range of High-flow aspiration pumps that are designed to aspirate fluid and fat from the body effectively. High-flow aspiration is important in the process of removing fat effectively whilst reducing injury to the incision / puncture site for the liposuction cannula and for reducing blood loss during the procedure. We also supply High flow peristaltic infiltration / irrigation pumps, cannula and other accessories that are used to rapidly infiltrate areas for tumescent technique liposuction and fat harvesting. Aspiration Consumables. Non-collapsible high-flow aspiration tubing. Aspiration canister suction liners (bags) in 1, 2 and 3 liter’s sizes, with or without solidifier. Canister bottles, lids and bacterial filters, overflow bottles, specimen collection traps, clamps and connection tubing and ports. High-Flow Aspiration Pumps Medela Dominant Flexi pump. The Medela dominant Flexi High flow aspiration pump is electrical driven, stand alone, fast and effective aspiration pump specifically designed to remove fluid and lipids from the body. Available with 2 re-usable suction canisters with an external change over system. Canisters are available in 1.5 and 2.5 litre size bottles with the appropriately sized single-use suction liners. The Dominant Flexi features a safety overflow system that will shut down the system in the event of fluid being back-up towards the pump (caused when the suction canisters are NOT emptied in time), hence saving the system from contamination. The Dominant flexi pump is almost silent, very efficient and warrantied for 2 years. Also available are smaller electrical aspiration pumps for office practice, with 1 litre canister and suction liners. A full range of these electrical or battery driven aspiration pumps for use in anesthetic, small office practice and other surgical settings can be supplied on request.
