Vesda VHX-1300 Metal Box HLI Peer to PeerThe VESDA Wall-Mounted Open Protocol High Level Interface HLI links your VESDAnet with PC software monitoring tools Building Management Systems BMSs and Fire Alarm Control Panels FACPs otherwise known as host. With a built-in VESDAnet interface you dont need a remote VESDAnet socket module which makes the Wall-mounted HLI a cost-effective solution to your interface requirements. There are two models available depending on whether you require communication between your host and VESDAnet to be master-slave or peer-to-peer.In the peer-to-peer model the host polls the HLI for information about devices on VESDAnet while the HLI sends unsolicited messages to the host. In this way both the HLI and host are responsible for supervising the communications link between them. In the peer-to-peer model the host can request and receive multiple messages from the HLI.A VESDA High Level Interface HLI enables connection between a VESDAnet and configuration and monitoring platforms. Xtralis OSID Emitter Wired 24Vdc OSE-SPWThe OSE-SPW is used as a preferred solution when 24 Vdc is close by.The company that revolutionized very early warning smoke detection with VESDA has reinvented smoke detection for open spaces with Open-area Smoke Imaging Detection OSID. OSID by Xtralis provides reliable cost-effective smoke detection for open spaces where fire detection presents unique challenges and where very early warning is not always the priority. In its simplest configuration OSID by Xtralis uses one imager a camera-like device with a wide field of view and a wired or battery-powered emitter roughly aligned on the opposite wall within the protected area. The emitter sends both infrared and ultraviolet coded light signals to the imager. If the light reception is altered due to the presence of genuine smoke particles the imager will go into alarm. The novel use of dual light frequencies in an open-path device enables OSID to discriminate between real smoke and other objects including insects steam condensation and dust thus drastically reducing false alarms.Key FeaturesOSIDs uncompromising performance is based on the patented use of digital imaging dual-frequency beams and smart algorithms deliveringPatented dual wavelength UV IR particle detectionCMOS Imager with wide viewing anglesSimple installation commissioning and maintenanceHigh tolerance to vibration and structural movementHightolerance to dust fogging steam reflections and object intrusionHigh resistance to reflected sunlightOn-board log memorySoftware tool for diagnostic purposesAesthetically discreet and 3D coverageLong range up to 150 m. 492 ft. with minimal free space 15 cm.5.85ApplicationsOSID is ideal for use in a wide range of industries and applications. Vesda Xtralis OSE-SP-01 OSID-DE Emitter Alkaline Battery

Vesda Xtralis OSE-SP-01 OSID-DE Emitter Alkaline BatteryEach emitter up to 7 generates 2 light beams in the UV and IR frequencies. These bundles are also encoded through a unique code recognized by the receiver. This approach allows the receiver to ignore any UV and IR light beams that come from sources other than emitters the typical interference problems generated by sunlight are thus overcome.Battery powered emitters last for 3 years.Emitter Size 208 mm x 136 mm x 96 mm. Certificate 3052011 EU - CPR.Open-area Smoke Imaging Detection OSID by Xtralis is a new innovation in projected beam smoke detection technology. By using advanced dual wavelength projected beams and optical imaging technology for early warning smoke detection OSID provides a cost-effective reliable and easy-to-install solution that overcomes typical beam detection issues such as false alarm incidents and alignment difficulties. In its simplest configuration OSID by Xtralis uses one imager a camera-like device with a wide field of view and a wired or battery-powered emitter roughly aligned on the opposite wall within the protected area.
