Power Oven & Grill Cleaner - Powerful caustic cleaner for ovens and grills - Powerful foaming caustic cleaner - For ovens, grills and hot plates - Also suitable for cleaning of fryers and grill extractors when diluted - Removes baked on grease and carbon deposits Directions - DO NOT USE ON ALUMINIUM, GALVANISED METAL, LINOLEUM OR PAINTED SURFACES - Ensure temperature of surface is less than 70?C (Optimum 60-70?C) - Switch off appliance Oven & Grill Cleaning - Spray and even layer of neat product directly onto the surface or equipment - Leave for 5-30 minutes depending on the level of soiling - Agitate with brush or scouring pad - Wipe off with clean, damp cloth and rinse thoroughly with warm water Fryer Cleaning - Drain all oil and close valve - Fill with water to just below the oil fill level - Add 500ml of C39 Power Oven Cleaner to every 10 litres of water (1:20) - Switch on fryer and bring to a controlled boil for 15-30 minutes - Allow to cool then drain fryer and scrub remaining residues from surfaces and heating elements with a brush or scouring pad Grill Extractor Cleaning - Make a diluted solution of 50-100ml C39 Power Oven & Grill Cleaner to every litre of hot water (1:10 - 1:20) - Dismantle the grill extractor and place parts to soak in the solution - Leave for 15-60 minutes depending on the level of soiling - Remove from solution and rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to air dry Price based on case of 6 x 750ml ** please be aware due to the current national shortage of triggers only 2 x trigger spray heads will be supplied per case of 6**

Application: Suitable for floors, walls, drains, gullies, and canopies in Kitchens, Bakeries, Restaurants, Hospitals and the Meat processing & Food Manufacturing Industry. Will not taint food, may be used through mechanical floor scrubber machines. Description: FLOORS: Sweep floor and remove all loose soiling. Apply a solution of H D Degreaser 1: 40 with water and apply by mop. Agitate the solution to penetrate the soiling before cleaning and rinsing off using warm water. WORK SURFACES AND WALLS: remove all food products to prevent contamination. Remove any loose soiling. Apply solution at the required dilution with a cloth, sponge, or scouring pad. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and leave to air dry. DEEP FAT FRYERS: Turn off power and allow to cool. Drain oil and remove sediment. Fill fryer with a solution of 1: 20 dilution. Heat solution for 10-12 mins. DO NOT BOIL. Drain and rinse with clean water, wipe dry. To sanitise high risk areas, rinse or spray clean all surfaces with concentrated residual sanitiser.
