Find your favourites and order exactly the length you need. Beautiful designs in satinUse satin to create beautiful accessories for everyday and on special occasions. For example, sew a puffy bag or tote bag that you can use for everyday and on special festive occasions. You can also choose to use the shiny fabric as a lining in your project; it adds a beautiful finish. And then, of course, you can use satin for clothing - for example, a nice satin shirt, a pair of cool satin trousers or maybe a jumpsuit with a drawstring waist. The fabric has a width of 135 cm and shrinks about 3% in the wash. It can be washed at 30°, always hang dry and iron at low heat. TIP: Use good quality fleece and interfacing to stabilise smaller parts like collars and cuffs. We recommend ironing it on before cutting out the pattern pieces - and remember to iron without steam (water can leave small stains and the high temperatures from the steam can change the surface of the fabric!) In other words, the kind of outerwear you wear for everyday life and parties, and not so much for those days when you're building caves in the garden.  This wool has a brushed surface, making it extra soft and pleasant to the touch. At the same time, it's compactly woven and strong, so you get a fabric that works well for all kinds of coats and jackets for young and old alike. Use it for classic coats with a collar and pretty buttons or for a more personalized version with a zipper, oversized collar or fewer details - it's entirely up to you.Wool in interior designWe know that the next one is a bit impractical because the wool is not washable. But it's just so soft that we have to say that it's also great for a wool blanket on the sofa. For example, with a nice coarse stitching all the way around - warm, cosy and perfect for cool summer evenings outside and sofa evenings inside.  Practical InformationThis fabric is made up of 80% wool and 20% polyamide. It is 145 cm wide and you can choose the number of meters you need for your project. The wool is not washable, but can be dry cleaned.Remember to use the right needles - we recommend using universal needles when sewing with this wool, and you may want to go up in stitch length for a more finished look.

This is durable, soft and 100 % natural, high-quality thread made of Egyptian cotton, which you can use for hand-sewn and machine-sewn projects. The thread is mercerised – i.e. it has been pre-treated to strengthen the fibres. Mercerised thread is softer and glossier. For great results, use it in all your projects. The mercerisation process ensures that cotton thread shrinks less and therefore keeps its shape better.  Our cotton thread is OEKO-TEX 100 certified. 

FRAYA, alpaca yarn "Woolly", navy

WOOLLY is precisely that: A soft and durable woolly yarn made of 100% fine alpaca wool. It is a fantastic yarn for use in hats, scarves and clothes for adults and children alike. Alpaca live primarily at heights where the temperature fluctuates widely – for this reason, alpaca wool has high insulation capacity. Quilting thread navy 300m

Strong and luxurious quilting thread, made of 100 % Egyptian cotton. It is mercerised, i.e. it has been pre-treated to strengthen the fibres. Mercerised thread is soft and glossy. This ensures that you can achieve a really nice finish when quilting or doing patchwork. It is a good idea to wax the thread with paraffin wax (item number 41031). Waxing ensures that the thread glides more easily through the fabric, e.g. when you quilt by hand. Our quilting thread is OEKO-TEX 100 certified.

Everyone loves teddy!   Or, at least many do. It's soft fabric in the plush quality that, as the name suggests, is perfect for teddy bears and cuddly toys.     Does the youngest member of the family need their very own personalised teddy bear? Perhaps sewn from a favourite drawing by the child? Find the most beautiful colours and get started with needle and thread.      Remember to use jersey needles (item no. 46799 or 46028).   Creative projects you'll want to cuddle  More into clothes? Then it seems you're set for the softest cuddles with teddy clothing. For instance, create a fluffy vest to keep you warm, or a plush jumpsuit (maybe even with bear ears) for the little ones in the family.     The fabric is soft, warm, and plush with a bit of elasticity. And it's just cosy. Both as clothing and for decoration: make a plush blanket with matching pillows and get ready for starry moments on the sofa.    Practicalities about teddy  Find your favourite colour and order the length you need. The fabric measures 155 cm in width, and you can expect it to shrink about 3% when washed (the fabric can be washed at 40°). We therefore recommend washing the fabric before sewing your project to ensure the best final result.

Spiral zipper for your sewing projectThis zipper consists of a polyester tape with teeth in plastic and stopper in metal. The teeth are made of a plastic strip, which is spiralled along the fabric. The construction with no single teeth provides a strong and solid zipper. At the same time, it is thinner than many other zippers and therefore very useful for sports and outdoor.How to use the zipperUse it for everything from trousers and skirts to dresses and sweaters. You can also use it for pillows and cushions or in an inside pocket of your bag or purse.Choose the length that suits your project.We recommend that you close the zipper before washing.  Know your zipperThere are many different zippers. Functionally, they can be divided into three categories: the non-divisible with closed end, which is used for example in trousers and dresses.
