The Airflow Adroit DV145 is a high-Quality Passive house approved unit suitable for houses of up to 310m2 that is built to the highest standards that include internal Co2 and Humidity sensors plus triple filter filtration
Control with this unit via either a smartphone, tablet, or PC., Automatic Demand control via the internal sensors or the optional use of a wall mounted controller or integrate into a home automation or BMS system via the KNX or Modbus connections

Integral Humidity and Co2 Sensor
The Adroit Unit have internal humidity and Co2 sensors that can provide a superior demand-controlled ventilation solution for your property
This is possible, as due to changes to humidity and CO2 levels that occur through changes in occupancy or usage, the ventilation will boost or reduce to match demand, without the need of manual intervention.
Total filtration
Filtration is very important and the Airflow adroit has a unique and highly effective triple filter design containing two ISO Coarse>75% (G4) grade filters and one ISO ePM1 (F7) filter on the supply and extract air flow path to create an ultra-hygienic environment.
This filtration system improves the air quality and provides additional air filtration by preventing particles as small as pollen from entering the premises. This is of particular benefit to those that suffer from asthma or hay fever and other respiratory conditions, this unit also complies to the latest regulations of ISO 16890
CONTROL OPTIONS
The DV145 Adroit unit shall be controlled by one of the following:
Wall mounted 4 speed manual controllers
Adroit digital controller
Adroit Cloud through the Internet or local network using laptop, smartphone, tablet, etc.
BMS via LON or KNX through a PC or a central control system
On-demand ventilation through built-in humidity and CO2 sensors

The optional digital controller provides significant information to the user regarding the performance of their Adroit system including adjusting the ventilation levels, filter maintenance, separate fan control, faults in the system and commissioning the system and intuitive end user functions
